With a focus on strategic planning, policy advocacy and creative communications at the Aga Khan Development Network, The African Alliance, The People’s Medicines Alliance, Odipodev, and other organizations, Martie has a proven track record of working collaboratively with artists, journalists, entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals to address critical issues in these fields. His commitment to social justice is evident in his work advocating for health equity, better working conditions for nurses and midwives, sharing tremendous impact stories of healthcare professionals and artists and leveraging media platforms to shed light on corruption in Kenya (Greedypendence podcast).
