Program Manager - Gender, Governance & Accountability
Marsha’s work has evolved across law, partnerships management, strategic programme support, and ecosystem building, shaped by a consistent focus on how people engage with digital spaces and how the right collaborations can strengthen participation, influence, and support growth across African markets.
She now leads the Gender, Governance and Accountability portfolio, extending that same lens to information integrity and civic accountability. Her career spans legal training at the Supreme Court of Kenya, digital rights and policy work with the Google Policy Fellowship Programme, pan-African communities programming at Code for Africa, and women’s economic empowerment programming across Kenya, South Africa, and Nigeria with Future Females.
She holds an LL.B. from the University of Nairobi and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Outside of programme work, she is a budding writer and host of the Fifty First Coffees podcast, currently on hiatus with new episodes in the works. As she puts it: she builds relationships that make ideas work in practice.
