Raised in Dandora, home to one of East Africa’s largest dumpsites, his experiences shaped his commitment to documenting pollution, resilience, and climate action. His work has received international recognition including awards from CIWEM’s Environmental Photographer of the Year and the Forest Stewardship Council.
