I am a devoted People and Culture professional currently leading the HR docket at the Lab. For the past four years, I have served as a generalist—overseeing the entire employee life cycle, building the HR department from the ground up, and leading the team’s expansion from six to 25 vibrant, diverse teammates across Kenya. My prior experience also includes administrative roles and extensive voluntary service across East and West Africa.
I’m passionate about influential and empathetic leadership, and I advocate for holistic mental, physical, and digital well-being to foster safe, modern, and productive workspaces.
Beyond the office walls, you’ll find me reading, writing, and engaging with the community to improve lives.
