Cynthia Muthoni

Cynthia Muthoni is a passionate advocate for the arts and the creative industry. Since joining Baraza, Cynthia has built a thriving community of creatives through innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships, significantly scaling the industry. She has successfully curated and hosted Baraza’s community events such as the Baraza Creative Series, Lunch and Learn, Kids Lit Club, Media & Creators Mixer, and Baraza Sanaa Junction. 

With a finance background, she also adeptly managed Baraza’s operations for three years before stepping into her current role as the Head of Operations and Programs. She also leads Baraza’s expansion program, engaging with diverse creatives to drive community growth across Kenya and the continent.
